PRL offers the property finder/buyer's agent concept. This is built around providing a service to buyers to help with the property search, negotiation and purchase process and to acquire a property for the best possible price.
This service is available for residential, retail, commercial, industrial and rural properties.
The main advantages of using a property finder/buyer's agent is the savings in time, retain anonymity, removes stress, unbiased assessments and to achieve access to properties that may not be available on the open market.
Property Finding encompasses the following key areas:

- Negotiation of the purchase including the Due diligence
- Overseeing conveyancing
Respecting and maintaining the confidence of a client’s engagement is upper most in the mind of PRL. PRL will enter into confidentiality agreements if required.
Fee Structure:
- Retainer Fee - A non–refundable retaining fee is payable upon instruction prior to commencement of the search. Retaining Fees are however deductible from the final success fee.
- Success Fee - The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price and is payable upon any For Sale and Purchase Agreement becoming unconditional.
- Orientation Tours - Orientation tours are charged on per day basis for an accompanied tour of up to three regionalised areas (properties that can viewed by driving to each of the properties in the day) of previewed properties. Advice is given on property styles/catchments; local area information and other relevant information as required.
