PRL’s Director: John Sharland
The director of Property Resource Ltd (PRL) is John Sharland who has over 30 years property industry experience, having undertaken projects and assignments for major corporates,utility companies and smaller entities from both a Landlord/Tenant perspective. His experience spans the retail, commercial/industrial and rural property sectors.
John’s fortes are:

John is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and is a Real Estate Licensee under the REAA Act 2008.
On a personal note, John together with his partner Susi, helps to run their bed and breakfast lodge on the outskirts of Morrinsville in the Waikato.
